UMGGaming expands Tournament Size for UMG Atlanta

UMG has announced that it will be releasing 16 extra team passes for UMG AtLANta’s Call of Duty: Black Ops II tournament, widening an already-intense field of competitors for the next big event in CoD. This announcement comes in the wake of team passes selling out on Tuesday, July 30. These new passes are added to a field of 64 teams already signed up for the LAN which takes place from August 9-11 at the Hilton Atlanta Airport.

Whoever procures these sixteen extra team passes will be able to compete for the $10,000 prize pool at UMG AtLANta, but they will not be able to compete in the 360IcoNs seeding tournament that takes place this weekend.

If the 16 passes do not sell online they will continue to be sold at the door of the event, giving even more opportunities for aspiring teams to compete. UMG will be adding a minimum of four more stations for teams and players to compete on which will allow all games to be played on full screen. For those looking to watch instead of play there are still around 40 spectator passes available online. You will still be able to purchase spectator passes at the door.
